Getting Started

Welcome to Paperlane! To get started, create an account or sign in if you already have one. Once logged in, you can choose from our available services.

  1. Select a service (CV, Cover Letter, or Bundle)
  2. Choose between ChatAssist or Form-based generation
  3. Provide your information
  4. Review and pay for your document
  5. Download or receive via email

ChatAssist

ChatAssist is our conversational AI assistant that guides you through creating your document. Simply chat with the assistant, answer questions, and it will generate your document based on your responses.

The assistant will ask you about your experience, skills, education, and other relevant information to create a personalized document.

Form-Based Generation

If you prefer a structured approach, use our form-based generation. Fill out the multi-step form with your information, and we'll generate your document based on your inputs.

This method is ideal if you have all your information ready and want a quick, straightforward process.

Payment Options

We support multiple payment methods:

  • M-Pesa (via IntaSend)

  • Wallet balance

Document Formats

All documents are available in both PDF and DOCX formats. You can download them directly or receive them via email.
